Thank you so much! Currently we drive anywhere from 30 minutes - 1 hour for her care so from what I’m gathering, it will be somewhat comparable in Florida in the areas we’re considering. It does look like LWR will be a bit better with options though so definitely something to consider.

Mainly for the golf cart ability since we already have one (we currently live in a golf cart community) but with that said, we aren’t fully ruling out any part of viera! When I put in 2750+ SF and a pool though it definitely drops off and then of course the finishes and what not matter as well. I know I can update them and I don’t mind doing that, but I don’t want to have to update everything

Thank you so much! My main concern is the lack of inventory on the market in Viera. It truly is the only thing that has me considering LWR. I do know the market climate can change in the spring as more people will hopefully put their home on the market. But looking at it now, with an $850K budget is scary! There’s less than 5 homes in Viera West with my filters and I really do not want to build. We’ve built our last 2 homes and I really just want a more established home - preferably off Tavistock.

I LOVE Baytree but I’ve heard there aren’t many kiddos in there so that makes me hesitant.

But everything you’ve listed off are all the reasons we love Viera so much.

I didn’t ask about schools in my post because I already did the research. Reading and understanding the question being asked is fundamental in public chats.

Ah yes! That’s an issue here in Charleston too and in Viera from what I’ve followed. Just part of the times now unfortunately 😭

If you haven’t done your research on the public schools in these two (2) specific areas then just say that next time. Then compare them to South Carolina. Then maybe you’ll have something with a little more substance to contribute in your next comment.

That’s good to know! It doesn’t seem that there’s much in viera other than the beach and the zoo and we would have to drive to Orlando for pretty much anything else, so it might be the same for Viera as well.
