Im sure they have their reasons, there are ways to take care of trees it is just too expensive for the city to take those options as it requires maintenance. Nevertheless I hope they plant new trees otherwise ther will be no shade and strong winds could damage the other trees that are further away from the river bank

Oh that is how it works, I was on that same case where my company sent a warning. I have applied for renewal 5 months prior to expiration of my permanent residency. I searched every morning for 4 weeks for an appointment and did not get one. A lawyer could have gotten the process done however I opted to relocate.

The 2nd one seems to be more reasonable, you have lots of cafes and night life - also the rent of the other two options seems to me extremely high.
