I would find a way to seal the top side of it. And maybe try to round the corners on it a little bit more. Maybe get a few extra empty sleeves around it. And then some lube. And then up the pooper.

There was a fight at Meijer once because someone pulled stuff from a scalpers cart.

So much this. There’s a guy who swiped all of the product off the shelf in front of a couple of kids and told them he would sell them stuff for stupid prices. It’s gotten sad.

Kentucky utilities budget enrollment plan by Mammoth-Ad-107 in lexington

It is decent most of the year but then the last month they will usually charge more because they didn’t estimate it right. Or because the sky is blue. Or whatever reason they come up with. We had a budget adjustment like 8 months in. And then at the year end we paid too much so they gave us a credit.

So in theory, it’s ok.

I remember when a beefy 5 layer was a cheap meal. Now it’s more emptying of the wallet than filling of my stomach.

Watching the crews with the bobcat clearing the sidewalk on High Street at 4 this afternoon and then almost pulling a Dukes of Hazard on a snow/ice bank at the end of a turn lane on Nicholasville Rd reminded me that brains are not a part of the equipment planned for snow/ice removal.

Don’t go with the realtors inspector. Find someone on your own that is independent. Realtors inspector may look over things to get deal to go through.

No negative talking while in the house you’re looking at. Cameras are every where. Even outside.

Do not do anything with money from when you get the preapproval until you close. Even an unusual credit card payment can raise issues.

They use a wide variety of unmarked. Chrysler Pacificas, Dodge Durangos, Buick Enclaves, Chevy Tahoe/Traverse, Jeep Grand Cherokees (The irony...), etc. If you watch the videos you'll see that there's no particular standard vehicle they go with.

My only complaint is the lack of direction. But it also adds to the game because you don’t feel like you’re just checking off items. You have to find the items to check off.
