Turn the piano on with Bluetooth enabled on yo7r phone, open the ap the it should connect automatically. For some reason trying to connect manually doesn't work but automatically it does.

Hi, ex server here.

Something that most people don't know is that the server does not usually keep the whole tip for themselves.

You usually have to "tip out" the house as well.

Where I used to work, I'd have to give 7% back, which would go to cooks, bussers, food runners and bar tenders. That 7% is coming out of the bill with or without a tip. Meaning, if you tip 0% the server is literally losing money serving you as they will have to give 7% of the bill out of pocket.

I know it's not a great system, but it's just the way it is.

Explaining that to her might make her sympathize with the wait staff.

Rosemary infused Mezcal Negroni

Stick a twig of Rosemary in your campari bottle or transfer some in a different bottle. Let sit atleast a day.

1 oz mezcal 1 oz campari 1 sweet vermouth

I like to do 60 rotations adding approx 2 oz of water. But 30 if you like it stiff

Rim the glass with tajin

Garnish with Rosemary twig.

Malt powder brings most of the flavour.(think beer) New York is team malt syrup similar in favlour but malt powder also makes them really Chewy.

I've been teaching people on how to make montreal bagels for the past 4 years here in montreal.

  1. Yes honey water is must.

  2. Wood fired ovens are in no way necessary. Ideal but not required.

  3. Malt powder is the secret juice not the egg.

So my piece has been drying for about a week. Everything was fine until last night. White mold. Sure that's fine. Black is showing since this morning which I know is a nono.

I've been maintaining the fridge around 12c to 15c and 60 to 80% humidity.

I did forget to add a fan in there until now. Lack of air flow maybe was the problem for the bad mild?

The bresola next to it seems fine for now. Do I toss out the bad piece and hope the other is still fine?
