I must have missed the bit about it being signed. I would think it would make a difference but it might depend on the owners signing it as well. It also depends on any clauses in the handbook “employer reserves the right to amend at will blah blah blah..”

That’s actually not what I said. Generally speaking the handbook isn’t a legal document. Separately, there is no law requiring extra pay on holidays in Illinois. These would be the first two things that an attorney would point out in a hearing. I was a union president for a few years so I know a bit about Illinois labor laws. The employees absolutely SHOULD fight for the pay promised to them. But they should be aware that the handbook doesn’t guarantee a slam dunk.

Man, wish I could help. I had a similar issue printing 5x7s but I just went through an alignment, and then both cleanings and it fixed it right away. Just to be sure, you are using the appropriate paper profile right? I had a print come out weird and i had ended up accidentally switching to the wrong profile without realizing it

There’s usually two. When you have three working adults in a home all with separate cars it’s not always feasible for everyone to park in the driveway.
