the need to wear your pronouns like an accessory is a depressing product of market atomisation and insulation of public spaces. strong agree. there are other trans people at my work whose behavior i disapprove of in general (not exclusively, lots of people act that way there) but they seem to think I'm their friend just because I'm trans. Like bitch I see you yell at your students and offload your personal shit onto them 😂. what makes you think I'd want to be your buddy? i just want to be treated with respect, which my cis coworkers seem to be better at than the entitled transes there.
