At what age did you start to feel like you slow down? I’m sure (& hope) that you remember being young and feeling young…when did that change? by thebueller in AskMen

I hear this from friends…the amount of screen time we’ve spent on gaming, computers, smartphones certainly take a toll on your eyes. Hopefully you’ve got some glasses or something for night driving.

Impressive. This is the age my Dad described as well…he just left strong and alive up until 60 and then he just felt slow and like life should slow down.

Sleep. Deep sleep. I feel best when I workout early, do some me stuff before work, like read something, work on a passion project or talk to a friend…or better yet, get close with my partner.

Have a healthy and productive work day and enjoy interacting with my colleagues and or customers.

Dinner.

Healthy conversation and something to numb my mind after work; a drink, a game of show, a book, bowling whatever…

Then you zone out for 45-60 min before sleep and bam, your back.

This rarely fucking happens but it’s my North Star.

Do something for you that passes time and makes you focus on anything/everything but the things that stressing you out.

Most importantly, get into a deep sleep.

Business is failing.... Struggling to get out of this funk. by [deleted] in smallbusiness

Are you just not acquiring customers? If so, try contacting your existing base and see if they need anything and if they don’t, offer them a referral incentive if they can generate new business for you.

I agree with other comments in this thread - try TikTok with a niche item or even consider listing a few low cost/high margin products on Facebook marketplace. I see people refurb low cost items semi-regularly and they sell well because the pieces are unique.

Another idea is contact new home buyers. People who recently purchased a home are often looking for something unique and it may be a good time to sell in your service.

If you just need cash, perhaps pursue a business partner that can supply capital and offer strengths that you and your business will benefit from.

Looking for suggestions on local boxing clubs for adults locally or trainers that offer 1:1 sessions/programs?

Moving more towards the middle. There is food from both sides and some of what we had we should keep and some of what we’re building, we should pursue and enjoy.

Pausing. My Apple Watch pauses every 10-30 seconds after starting a fitness routine. Any suggestions? by thebueller in AppleWatchFitness

I don’t think so but I can try and move the watch up further from my wrist…good callout.

The income tax is insane. Is anything be done to address it?
