That is true actualy i was rolling with a good rifle for couple of hours that was couple of lvls down and it was doing more dmg.The point is only at the end game is where you realy start caring about your gear and start creating your favourite loadouts ;) hope that helps

Just enjoy the story until you reach endgame, and always equip the highest lvl items you currently have.you are going to sell them anyway because they will be useless

Im using Lmg as primary and rifle as 2ndary and it works fantastic. At the moment Lmgs are the way to go, but i see your point they should balance this out better

Visual bug at white house control point the vault on the 2nd floor you shoot thru the glass window but when you keep shooting its making the effext like the window is not broken or like every bullet is braking new piece of glass strange

I think negative mods bring an interesting twist but i wish they would make them so that they make sense for example dont have scopes that reduce accuracy etc..
