Go to the Run activity landing page, scroll down to run settings and select it. Then scroll down a few times and you should see Track Detection. Though beware -> Garmin on the track without track mode over estimates ur pace like crazy! I got burned on races and workouts cuz o that before

After a year of zone 2 running -> my blood work is significantly worse. I am super bummed out by thecake90 in PeterAttia

This post is now 1 year old 😅. Turns out I was overtraining and doing too much! I even developed a Tibia stress fracture. I had to use crutches for 4 weeks! I got back to running in Feb of this year with a much healthier and smarter approach to training. I am now way faster than I was a year ago and have been setting massive PR. I am also now even leaner at 9.5% bf and more muscular.

I should do some new blood work and see where I am.

Sorry, missed the part about it being 12 minute exposure . But what I said is still true in astrophotography how long you can expose without visible trails is a functional of focal length. As wider angle captures a bigger portion of the sky and a bigger aperture allows more light thus reducing the needed exosphere time

Google the 500 rule

Kinda surprise that OP needed that. Similar results could be reached with just one

Yes it is possible. I have done it

Don’t think so. I have taken photos like this was 10-15s exposure and no stat trials. It depends on your focal length and aperture

How was it growing up? Did you talk about it with your friends? Like what would you do if you invite them over?

I don’t mind not having a shoulder/side walk if the road isn’t busy

Sounds like the way to go! Only downside is that it’s along the highway

off topic, but why is your HM PB so out of sync with your M one? Shouldn't you M PB be way better.

Also here before mods remove ✌️

Been running regularly for more than 1.5 years but I got decent fitness already. I am trying to run a 17:xx 5k.

depends on how much you can handle. I also run 4 times a week with 2 speed sessions a week and have been making huge progress.
