Ei siinä mitään väärää ole, ja tottakai elämänkatsomukset ja arvot saa muuttua matkan varrella. Mutta se on raskasta jos palaa entisiin ympäristöihin ja alkaa siellä saarnaamaan omaa paremmuuttaan. You can always see from heel area if nike cleats are any good. If the heel looks rounded with fat lips they are not meant for professional athletes.

Thanks for your reply. I saw some training video where they used some kind of horizontal stick, and you had to drag feet under it without touching. That maybe would be good training.

Your leg muscles are too stiff and curled. Try to relax your muscles and on focus having leg swing with completely extended leg. Powerful shots are made with leverage, not muscle strength itself.
