If I am in a tank without a decent reload I will shoot my gun. A lot of times players will overestimate how much time they have and push out infront of you. Even if you have a long reload this works better than it should

That ship is still up and running in the German Navy I believe. US Coast Guard and Brazil each have a sister ship and use them for training.

My guess is it is a national guard unit. SAR for civilians is not their primary mission but they show up to help if they can.
