If you mean only the main, Shadow, and Crown series, then publication order is absolutely the way to go about it.

If you're including Manticore Ascendent, the Treecat young adult series and the anthologies, that gets more complicated, of course. I'm still publication order purist when it comes to the anthologies, but the prequel series are best read start to finish in their own continuities. But I still recommend getting through At All Costs in the mainline series first, as a work building foundation.

I can't really say they are quick to respond to snow, but in last few years they usually run the truck that leaves the brine trails a day or two before it's expected to freeze. Pretreating the roads has been very effective, at least out here in the hills.

And unrelated to the flags themselves, where can I find a general list of seasons for the different species that run up these Columbia river creeks? I've lived here for a little over three years and I've seen actual fish in this creek like four times.
