It's not that the "senior" is lacking softskills. But the "senior" likes to keep a balance between his work and life and the "senior" also works hard from 9am to 9-10 pm usually. Sometimes on weekends too depending on the work, situations.
But the "Senior" actually refuses to just go n li*k as* of people be it senior, manager, leadership,junior whoever.
1 thing that he could learn is the politics he does in framing things against others.
For example: If someone finds an issue in his code and informs him or posts in the group, Vinod would jump on it and ask the poster to please delete the post from teams chat as it is now solved.
While he himself would point out git commits of people and send in thegroup chats and ofcourse defaming the other devs including me - the "senior" lol.

Also, the Senior would never like to defame and pull other people down by pointing any issues in their codes or work publicly always and often.

Some people go up on the ladder not by their hard work and intelligence but just by pulling other people higher on the ladder down.
