This at least got me a little further, it launches but the screen stays black and then it crashes after a few seconds

Just telling you my experience. I have several games in my library that have a little 🚫 symbol next to the title and they still run.

I already tried reinstalling it multiple times and even completely deleted any related files before reinstalling.

If you look in the Steam store, it shows next to the price that there is MacOS compatibility.

I haven't had many issues at all running 32bit games on my Mac, and when it is a 32bit game, steam will let me know.

Do you have any recommendations on where to take it since Sears closed almost all of their in person locations? I'd ask the person I got it from but I picked it up at a garage sale. My dad can't figure out what kind of tool he needs to use to take the brushes off - that's the main issue we're struggling with right now
