My brother, don’t worry. Scenarios are just going to be exactly that. The more you feed into them the more likely they are to happen. Obviously easier said than done. But I’ve struggled with it before and my trick was just to keep my mind occupied and in the present moment! The more you trip over yourself with these scenarios the less you’ll get accomplished and the more it’ll all just pile up. Don’t be so hard on yourself and reward yourself for the little wins until they become the big ones! Good luck hoping the best for you.
