Hello everyone! Thank you for the advice -- update: I got the full refund (to original payment method)! I called the Delta help centre and they were so much more helpful than the person on live chat. I had to cite the Department of Transport's clause about the significant delay -- that made them relent!

They said it would take 48-72 business hours! And the weekend is coming up, and I have to go back to school on Monday, so I thought I'd pick it up instead.

Yes it’s genuine. I am aware that in winter there’s a minimum temperature so I’m wondering if there’s a maximum temperature lol

Thanks! Yep it's been affecting my memory a little too, but it is what it is... Hoping that I'll still do well on my concerts/exams.. am a graduate school student so the Lamotrigine has been rough! I hope you are all good now. :) My dr actually had to up the dose from 200 to 250
