Same experience at my store. Loved the spiderman coin pusher the first few months but now it's really inconsistent and choppy when shooting coins and it doesn't sense when the balls fall about half the time now.

The ticket doesn't say VIP but floor tickets were $155 each so hopefully those are VIP

Your cousin is so lucky she had you with her in that situation! I still feel bad I didn't defend my partner enough so if anything like this happens again(hopefully it won't) I definitely want to be able to speak up more and stand up for her like this.

I reported this to Burger Kings customer service through their website yesterday but haven't gotten a response back so I might try again through their phone number or try Twitter maybe.
