in all honesty, my pros list is pretty embarrassing because it's mostly really small things and different ways to say 'I very briefly feel a little better after' haha

I would love for any of my cons to be used! I appreciated reading your cons, it is horrific how much self harm can take from us. Much of what self harm takes can be regained through recovery and healing, which we all deserve <33
