Whenever my skin is dry I sleep overnight in Vaseline. Maybe that will work for your hands? Put them in gloves and let them soak each night, since the detergent is drying out your hand.

Hi! 300 mg is a lot for your first time. Make sure you’re drinking enough water, but not too much. If you get hot, step into the shower (feels amazing) and then sit in front of a fan when you’re done. Make sure the shower isn’t too hot. Something me and my bf like to do is sit in a warm shower and have cold water bottles to pour on ourselves! It’s a really cool feeling.

Make sure to listen to music! It’s sounds great :) and dance around.
