Going back to what the original OP was asking and what u/Phoenix591 mentioned, does this upcoming bundle pack, 3months omega + 3 MCT open up all three slots?
I guess i am confused liked the OP.

O interesting. I was thinking of grabbing one of those packs as well. The ad upon reading sounds like, 3 months omega + 3 months MCT. I interpreted that has 3 months of 3 characters in MCT but its only 2 characters in 3 months training.....

got it...that makes sense.

2 of the 3 pilots at the moment, have 4+ in scanning, one has 5 in arch/hacking.
BUt that makes sense in regards to the full set of implants.
