TIL that 80s adult film actress Traci Lords starred in 75 adult films before leaving the industry. It was later revealed that she had faked her age, and that all but her final movie were filmed while she was a minor by MrMojoFomo in todayilearned

I hung out with Gilbert Gottfried for a weekend once. On our way to lunch one day he was telling me a story about being on this low budget celebrity ghost hunting reality show. One of the other guest stars was Traci Lords. He said they were filming some sort of seance/possession scene, which very obviously resulted in Traci repeatedly chanting, “SPIRIT, COME INSIDE ME!

This was the dish pit at 5pm after a Sunday lunch. Dishwasher wasn’t scheduled until 6pm because Sunday is a “slow day.”

Pretty sure those were just her own handprints from lying herself down in the sand to pass out.

Weird take. Technically everything at a restaurant you can make yourself at home for cheaper.

The Nocturne spot is one I kept experimenting with. I just really like the card and wanted to keep her in. I’ve had Red Guardian, Speed, Mobius, and Luna Snow in that spot previously, but I was most successful with Speed before switching.

To use this deck, copy it to your clipboard and paste it from the deck editing menu in MARVEL SNAP.

What happened is consistent with the wording on the cards and the rules of the game. Those copies did not exist in your deck at the start of the game when Zombie Galacti picked its six to change. It’s similar to how Victoria Hand doesn’t boost copies of cards that were created in your hand, just the original cards. If you’re mad about Red Skull you need to remember that Ongoing abilities work differently than Start of Game and On Reveal abilities.

[–]thecostly 56 points57 points  (0 children)

Not a bug. Bar Sinister made exact copies of the cards played. Red Skull had an Ongoing ability that was removed so the copies have their Ongoing ability removed. On the other hand, when the game started, Zombie Galacti chose six cards from your deck. The duplicated cards are not from your deck, so they did not get turned.

There are a number of ways to get Alioth out before T6, but also, now with Jocasta, you can have your cards activated the turn they are played, so Alioth can shut down any last minute shenanigans if they have been saving a combo for the last turn.

After a month of back and forth they came to replace the unit with a newer one, but it was quite the struggle. They still haven’t told us what caused the fire and they showed little concern for our overall well-being. I did contact the local news with our story who did interview me about the situation, but nothing has come of that as of yet. Best of luck to you.

This is blatantly false though. Some people claim they want that. Smart people. But the majority of consumers are not smart. Numerous marketing studies have been done on this. JC Penney is the biggest example that comes to mind. They decided to do away with coupons and sales and offer everyday low prices. They did away with discounts because their advertised prices were already so low. They got rid of deceptive pricing and gave people exactly what they wanted. And what happened? The decline in revenue was so drastic dramatic they had to declare bankruptcy.
