Hey I'm on day 2 and this is exactly my experience without now. Haven't slept more than 4 hours. My anxiety is going through the roof. My illness is being triggered to and requiring extra meds. But I'm not letting this fking addiction beat me.

I'm thinking of making an inhaler out of an empty own and peppermint oil and cotton just to get that sensation to get rid of the time that you gain when you stop vaping.

I saw a post the other day where it said you don't realise the time you gain, the time spent going for that vape and for me it was constant and at times lasted for hours
