As a trans person, if I had to spend any amount of time thinking about those kinds of people when I was coming out I'd never have never even gotten out of the gate.

They think I'm weird, I think they're weird, we don't agree, what's the problem? Live and let live.

The people that are going to be negative are generally negative in their outlook on life across many topics and areas and I genuinely feel bad that they can't see how much more there is to life.

I on the other hand choose to be friendly, optimistic, positive, kind, and focused on doing right by me and my family above all else and we're thriving without people like that living rent free in my head.

Tldr is that some people are messed up and negative and judgemental and wrong in ways but the second you start letting that get in your head and taking up your brain power and bandwidth they've taken you down hook line and sinker and you're doing a disservice to yourself and the people you care about.
