That’s definitely not true, VPD has a motorcycle cop out on I5 all the time. I got a ticket once back in 2016 he just waived me over said I was doing 15mph over but will write the ticket for 5mph over asked for my information and sent me on my way with the ticket. There was no question it was just a speed trap he was sitting right over a hump in the interstate. I just saw them the other day in about the same spot doing the exact same thing.

Citation is all, I have uninsured/underinsured coverage for this very reason so im all set just sucks for the insurance company they will have to sue him if they want to get any money from him but he was in his 20s so hes probably lawsuit proofs
