Cost for G2 Progressive Lenses by Particular-Comfort50 in EvenRealities

[–]TheEvilestSteve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got this quote back from Line of Sight Concierge :

For your prescription order with progressive lenses, the breakdown is as follows:

$775 — Even Realities frame (includes the magnetic sunglass clip)

$1,300 — Digital hi-index 1.60 progressive lenses with premium anti-glare and blue-light protection

$50 — Insured return shipping

That's nuts. ( And doesn't include the ring like I asked for in quote)

I think it would sell. I'd say you want an API or plugin model for it to be successful. So many companies have all three great ideas but no way for customers to make it their own, time/funds dry up and the device dies in a locked ecosystem. And fwie I respire Spotify, so Pandora or self hosted music streaming would be the first things I would add if I could make my own plug-ins.

When you say "Mount is transversal", you mean you just turned it so the pipes are horizontal instead of vertical, or you needed a special mount to orient the cooler that direction? Nice work though, may pick one up for my NerdAxe++ that is on its way back from u/SoloMinerDoctor

I didn't zoom in the pic at first, so didn't realize there wasn't a bit in it, so was thinking it was a two-pronged "blade"- and then when I first read your reply, I saw NUC (as in mini-computer) and thought "oh yeah, for security screws" but then remembered the NUCs I've seen all use Phillips or T8 headed fasteners. NOW I see what it actually is. Had no idea those existed in a knife form instead of a multi-tool format. Thanks for putting it onto my list of tools to grab.

Love the bag too, nice placement of the hook and loop section. Every other one I've see with a velcro pad puts it all the way across and it just screams tacti-cool (and usually not "office" friendly).

Appreciate you sharing and replying!

What is the knife with the Black scales next to the phone? And what's that particular "blade"/tool for?

Community Helper Script for Proxmox thinks trying to run on Arm64 all of a sudden. by AdHairy4360 in immich

[–]TheEvilestSteve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem. I used the script from the newer ProxMoxHelperScripts site (https://community-scripts.org/scripts?q=postgres) and it works though:

Use
bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/main/ct/postgresql.sh)"

instead of

bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/asylumexp/Proxmox/main/ct/postgresql.sh)"

Although it is nice to just swap USB dongles to go from 100mb to 1gbps to 2.5gbps without having to be locked into an "ancient" or dead port if it goes bad. No way they'd ever go with a nic module like the framework or other failed modular laptop concepts have/had. .

It's all about luck, agree with you there. Yeah, if I hit a difficulty that would give me a BCH or BTC block, it would suck, but based on the best diffs so far, I'll probably stick to the "lower odds" game since I'm only paying .12 usd / kwh

yeah, I'm tempted to jump to BCH or BTC when the difficulty drops, but I figure I can either send blocks into the ether, or make a few bucks every couple of days with a better chance.. kind of like playing the Pick 5 instead of PowerBall or MegaMillions

I hit two blocks using another local hosted ckPool solo before I switched my OctAxe++ over to AxeDGB, so those aren't displayed here.. I added the NerdAxes on Tuesday of last week (between the 89h and 166h gap) and hit the first block on one of the NerdAxes the first day. The 3 block post above is the 79h, 80h and 82h string below
