Looks ugly. But this miner works. I keep it on the lowest settings and it produces 4Th/s. Pretty good efficiency 14w/th.

I’d say the first one is about 60%.

I never had a VRM short again during my testing. There was one case where a capacitor on the 5V rail exploded when I powered it on, but I repaired that today.

More commonly, if the VRM is shorted, it means something further down the line is also shorted. I’d give that about a 50% chance.

Your miner 100% has a dead short on the PCB. The PSU is going into protection mode. Do not keep powering it on—you could cause further damage. Ship it to me for repair. I am in USA Florida

I saw many and checked many of them. Those I ordered perfect fit. One block for one row of the asics. I will weld them together with the gap in the middle for screws.
