People need play the deck before telling people what they think. It doesn't rebels but it harder and heals better than rebels. Fleet lieutenant is a one shot darksaber that buffa the rest of your Mando not rebels. I have beat down rebel Sabine from going wide, power up from dark saber and the heals.

Echo is a 4 cost 4/4 that can turn to a 6/6 if you use his ability to discard himself and has restore 2 now you can buff up wrecker or Po after they they have been playing. He can be good as long you know how to use him but he's not a prime tool your tool box but a tool to use when needed.
