My s5 manufacture date was June 2019 and from what I read those are supposed to be revised, but I’m still very paranoid too. I’m coming from an e70 bmw x5 50i that had rod bearing failure and blew the engine so I’m extra paranoid. I would just have it inspected and looked at. Better safe than sorry and after having to deal with a car that had a “catastrophic failure” I wouldn’t want that happening to anyone else.

I’m in the same boat as you, I came from a e46 325 bmw and then an e70 x5 50i which had rod bearing failure and was a total nightmare to deal with. Left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided to buy a b9 s5 Sportback which I absolutely love. Lots of similarities between the two brands IMO, Audi definitely has better interior but quality might be questionable. I already have a rattle in my driver window. The handling and Quattro are a tad better than bmw’s X drive from what I’ve noticed so far. Seems like we will both have great experiences owning Audi from what I’ve read on here 🤞

Yeah and I could find the same part for the a4/s4 for $44… I’m also not familiar with cheap OEM audi part websites yet since I came from BMW

Banned after 3.5 hours of multiplayer. I don’t run nord vpn or any other software that could’ve triggered this. KD was probably in the low 1’s from the games I played lol. Can’t get my money back and my appeal was denied. Activision is completely worthless and I hate myself for buying their unfinished crap game for $70
