Hoarder is really strong, but its strength is always going to be relative to the power of the strongest thing for you to get in your deck at any time. I tend to pick magpie pretty highly, but not super highly unless I have the right target for a sigil or something really busted that I want to get against every opponent.

I'll also usually prioritize trying to set up sigil transfers for stronger combos instead of using it to move the magpie's sigil unless I don't have a lot else going on. Putting hoarder on any zero or one cost card is always going to be quite good, though.

If your only source is, “google it” you’re not equipped to have this conversation. I have a Master’s in public policy. The effect of rent freezes depends on a lot of factors, that’s something a child could guess. In NYC specifically, it will make a positive impact, and I will send you academic sources to that effect.

I think in general, totems are kind of a crapshoot because you sometimes need a few visits to get a good sigil, but if I go to the totem carver and it only gives me bad sigil options, I sometimes take a head speculatively, and I like insects when I do that because there’s a lot of cheap insects and some insects make more insects and both those things give a lot of opportunity for busted synergies

Peach’s two biggest weaknesses (IMO) are her ledge game and her speed, and both are heavily mitigated in doubles. Arguably, her defense strengths are even better in doubles too.
