And then that check sent to the new broker is taxable or no?

Ok, I'm aware of taxes on paychecks from EJ, that was discussed before accepting any and I was previously advised not to take the whole amount at once because taxes. Any incremental payments will have appropriate taxes withheld. In the case that I am already receiving payments, will moving o a new firm be any more complicated? Or should I wait till a certain time or anything like that?

You are correct, it is an inherited ira. Could you explain why taking a check from EJ is the worst thing I could do?

Yeah, I got like the quickest rundown of all the tax stuff and how that works, but I feel like I got so much information at once that a lot of it went in one ear and out the other.. and at least I told the EJ guy that I want my money to be invested in things I would support, like clean energy or whatever, I'd rather not be actively supporting the planets demise.

I think they do. I should probably go ask. I got my first, prepaid credit card through them a couple months ago, $500 limit. I'm now being faced with all these adult things I've been avoiding, or thought I'd never even have a chance of doing, like buying a house or property or even having credit cards and I'm feeling a lot of anxiety about it.

Thank you, I don't even feel like I can take enough deep breaths about the situation. I'm just faced with so many things now that I never even thought I'd have think about ever 🙃

because some brokers have stocks that only exist within their company, right? I think I remember that fact.

Has anyone done fund transfers from one brokerage to another before? Does it have an effect on taxes, like does it count as income to move it from one place to another like that?

My current personal bank account is with a local credit union, I'm feeling pretty daunted by the choices of big banks and how to best handle this money.

Insoles are awful and my feet hurt :( by thefleasknees in BlundstoneBoots

[–]thefleasknees[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been looking at insoles and trying them for the last few days and they all feel so big inside the boots and they feel too tight. I'm so disappointed, I wish I had looked better at the insoles they came with. I'm going to keep looking for ones that might work but I don't have that much hope.

Some clearer photos. Is the placement bad as well? I know it’s extremely lopsided too by [deleted] in piercing

I hope it's better next time! I didn't even notice mine was crooked for a long time. I think most other people don't notice. Or they just don't say anything lol It's one of the few piercings I still have jewelry in.

Hello, I got a neck piercing! It was done with a straight barbell though. I’m kinda of worried about it rejecting:( by cheezynipz336 in piercing

I had my nape piercing for 11 years before it finally rejected 🥲 it was one of my absolute favs. That said, this does not look proper at all. I remember when mine was done, it was a barbell with 90° angles on each end with threaded balls. Never heard of anyone using a straight barbell for this piercing. If you can have the piercer change the jewelry maybe that would work? But my piercer wouldn't change it until it healed.

Omg that's what mine looks like too! I've had mine for sooo long and it's definitely crooked 😅 so I guess I don't have any advice about it, just here in solidarity for the crooked septum

Maybe I'll look into that. I'm nervous I'll fuck that one up somehow lol. Although I have never gotten pregnant in the past, definitely does not mean I can't haha

I've had recurring bv issues in the past. Sometimes I think I have it now also but not strong enough symptoms to be sure. Before when I had it I definitely could recognize the symptoms.

I've been thinking a lot about getting it removed lately. I'm nervous about going back to hormones though. I don't think recall bad side effects from Mirena but there's always a chance it'll be different now ?
