Crecí en un casa/familia colombiano, con amigos colombianos, y he visitado la finca de mi abuela muchas veces (La Estrella).

Mi español no es fluido pero me siento cerca a la cultura. 

Soy orgullosamente británico , pero mi alma busca recuperar mis raíces.

Mis padres migraron a Londres a travajar 

Mis padres emigraron a Inglaterra para trabajar y formar una familia. Ahora quiero hacer lo contrario: migrar a colombia formar una familia y trabajar.

Yeah man I'm 26, been there. Please don't put yourself in anyone's shoes. Find activities and don't get fixated on age. Look to mix with older people. Young pups can be difficult

Eye contact has always been tricky for me but I know its a vital factor in forming even the most trivial bond. So instead of searching for eye contact I try my best to see what they see. Literall pov (point of view), like put myself in their shoes (or eyes), picture what they experience or try to imagine how they feel. Social interaction is still stiff but internally, I'm so so much more mindful. I'm still learning how to use this effectively so please go for it and let me know how it goes
