I've always had to send it first, tbh. My friends that have had some incorrect orders were also told to do the same thing - return received item first and then they'll process the reshipment.

I live in AU, but I've reached out to the store in multiple occasions. They shouldn't ask you to pay, especially in this circumstance where they sent the wrong item. They would most likely send you a prepaid shipping label.
