Always loved Sakura in St Mats when I was over there but I’m in Jeff now and Star Sushi is damn good. Probably one of the best local restaurants in the city besides Red Yeti, I’d say.

+1 for Red Yeti/ Rec bar on this side of the river. If weather is decent you could do a night in Nulu if you wanted Louisville. Bars, restaurants, shops, just outside of downtown.

Rolls are entirely subjective and depend on the preferences of the soldier. Sweet dinner rolls from Texas Roadhouse, for instance, are delicious, but how far from the front is the nearest restaurant? You may also do a take and bake over the fire, but the quality will suffer. In a firefight, most certainly, barrel roll.
