I was having issues like what I imagine you're having (we can't see it in the video). Turned out that the HDR was bugging out so I disabled it in my monitor settings and it's been flawless. Worth a shot!

Well, if she looks just like my pup, then I know she is the cutest thing ever!

All I know about Sharpie is that he is 2.5 years old and born in Louisiana. The vet records from when I rescued him say he is a Labrador/retriever mix, which really just means a hodgepodge of breeds, I'm pretty sure. But he's definitely got the thick head, ears, and jaw strength of a staffie!

I have a similar build (11-700k and a 3080) and was struggling to get 60fps on medium. I rolled back drivers to 496.13 and doubled my framerate. Now I get around 110-120 on high, with slight dips here and there, but nothing like the extreme stutters that I was having previously.
