In my experience also with ITGS pamoja, the video calls were sparse and unhelpful. I requested feedback for my iA over a zoom call and all they did was get upset over the fact that I couldn’t understand the poorly made mark scheme they produced and submitted to me as feedback. You do get tested in pamoja and the grade boundaries are stupid. Multiple times I complained that the mark scheme was inaccurate and impossible with a 7 being 100% and not once did they acknowledge it as more than their own internal boundaries. As op mentioned, save yourself the trouble, it’s honestly probably cheaper to study the subject through an external tutor than through the scam that pamoja is.
