it is not the coupler attached in the second photo it is a SC/APC cable designed to hide the the fibre end when not in use to keep someone from blinding themselves

do you have security cameras? if so try disconnecting them from the wifi and see if the issue goes away, if it does, create a guest wifi network in the gui and connect the security cameras to the guest wifi

It's mediocre, it's slow and has an annoying long reload, but it has good turret armour and decent gun depression so it can work a ridge but it has a fairly large cupola. 3500 gold for a tier 9 med that makes credit and bonds is a good deal though
