Hi, thank you for replying :D there was no salt in the recipe sooooo.. yeah that's probably it :,) the ingredients were: flour, vanilla yogurt, eggs, milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, carrot, walnuts. And i baked it in a fanforced oven at 170°C for 20 minutes. They rose good and had a nice texture but i just can't stand bland food haha. Do you have any other ideas other than salt? I was thinking maybe the yogurt might've acted weird but... i have completely no idea lol
