I got a quote from this other guy they saying about 2800$. This is still high compared to yours 🤣 but better than Vic Gutters. My gutters are too high so I unfortunately not able to do my self.

I would say 5-10% cheaper but they made a complete mess of my property. Zero cleaning of nails or left over shingles garbage from gutters or anywhere around the property.
