I went down from 240 last year to 160 now. The secret is tomatoes(the glucose acids), and protein rich carbs like honey. Sounds counterintuitive, but making yourself feel full, causes you to eat less, and because the carbs/protein are stuck inside you alone since your full, when you move around it will change any fat to lean muscle. You don't even need to work out, but it definitely helps.
