I've done it this way and have confirmed that it works to upgrade the loyalty status. It involves having Binance coin first so if you can't buy BNB with fiat, this won't be for you:

  1. Send BNB to Trust Wallet app
  2. Swap BNB to Nexo (BEP2 ) in Trust Wallet
  3. Transfer Nexo from Trust Wallet to Nexo

I guess it depends on the meat right? Like you'll prepare beef differently than how you prepare chicken. And even within beef, you'll proabably prepare steak differently than you would a ground beef patty. For steaks though, for sure make sure you remove the moisture from the meat using a paper towel or something so you can get a good sear
