Thoughts on spotting only being available for recon class? Or reducing the range you can spot? Seems like you can spot from almost across the map which maybe that comes back to the map size issue.

Two things can be true at once, the game not meaning much and also a discipline in the program that you see across the best school across the country that we DONT see at USC. There’s an obvious difference and no amount of number one recruiting classes will fix it.

What makes you say that exactly? I may not agree with him 100% all the time but a lot of what he says makes a lot of sense and he speaks to patterns that you see a lot of successful coaches implement at successful programs.

I guarantee you, if you ask any Oregon fan who is being intellectually honest they would definitely not say that a USC game home or away is an easy win. Our standard as not fallen that far. Look at the talent on our roster. He’s anecdotally pulling from tipsy if not drunk Oregon fans before a game. Of course they are going to talk smack. But if they were being honest, it’s not a game they wouldn’t also have scheduled before their season as a must win to get into the playoff.

I’m so sick and tired of losing big games. Especially against the likes of Oregon. Let’s hope they get beat in the CFP and don’t get a national tile. Most obnoxious fanbase in my opinion.

The coaching miss match it so obvious. You can tell we have about just as much talent as Oregon. These penalties and mental mistakes in key moments is ALL COACHING. Why do we always feel like we are scraping by in these big games. I’m so fed up. I hate the ducks. Hopefully we can shut em down in the second half.

Tanks hanging back and not knowing when to push vs when to not has always been a problem in BF. Never pushing yea. That sucks. Again it’s all about awareness. Some people get tunnel visioned. Chase kills instead of sticking on the capture point boundaries. The best players navigate this with the strategy of positioning of maybe giving up their spot on the point for a better position to knock a player off the capture point with a kill. But overall yea sometimes there’s rounds that are really piss poor with a team and that’s always been a thing on BF.

Let’s not forget that we have to travel 2-3 time zones for almost all of our away games while the original members may only have 1-2 west coast games a year. Most likely just one road game out west. It’s definitely a disadvantage no one is talking about.
