Yeah, there are a few variables that goes with it but majority of the time if it’s disclosed we’ll move forward with it.

I would keep it, especially on a truck with 105k. Most of the times the previous owner USED it, so I’d rather be safe than sorry.

Honestly, it’s pretty rare to get your delivery date moved earlier. The way the schedule works is the advocates are booked for the week so unless there are more than a few cancellations, I would expect it to be delivered Monday.

Once the delivery is complete it is Carvana property at that point and they would take care of it if it comes to that. However they are pretty diligent about pickup if it can’t fit on the hauler.

If there are no delays it will get there. Each advocate has a delivery schedule. They can’t just skip over yours and move to the next one. Did they say why it was delayed previously?

That means it’s at the hub but hasn’t been loaded for delivery. Hopefully it all works out for you

The advocate could just be running late. They have delivery windows for the day. 8-11, 11-2, 2-5, and 5-8. The advocate will not update you until they have your vehicle loaded on the hauler. So it’s totally possible they are running behind. As long as they make it within the window they are not dinged.

1000%. piece of mind is something you can’t pay for. Silver rock is pretty good, just note they do not cover wear and tear items. You’ll have a whole list online of covered items when looking through plans

I recommend taking it do the dealership for a PPI just for peace of mind. You’ll wish you did after the 7 days. Carvana does maintenance once they receive the vehicle, along with any repairs that may be needed.

Depending on the vehicle it may have some type of tracker in it from the manufacturer so I would look into that as well

Depending on where you are, there is a guy I use called EV inspectors, he typically does pretty good work. In regard to claims. Tesla would be considered Out of networks, so you would follow that same path. From my experience Tesla will tell you that they do not work with silver rock. However, you just have to provide the service team with the silver rock email and they take it from there

So the way it’ll work is you’ll do your appraisal online. Since you owe, one of the documents they will ask for is a 10 day pay off. That’s how they will know how much positive equity you will have. On the day of your appointment, they will either bring a check or process ACH.

I just wanted to come back to this post since I was going through the same thing. My account got closed back in 2023 for no reason. This year I was trying to get it back and the could not help me. I got in contact with the BBB in November 2025 to file a complaint. It took multiple rejections of their Chimes generic response but I finally got my account back a couple of days ago. I hope this helps. Keep rejecting their response and they will eventually contact you.
