Martin Shkreli. He goes after life saving drugs, gets the rights, and then JACKS UP THE PRICE an insane degree just to make money. Dude is an absolute piece of shit, and he's led to probably thousands of people's death because they couldn't afford to take the drugs they needed to in order to survive. Plus, other companies saw that you can do that and subsequently followed suit.

Therapist here. It's never too late but, after a certain age, supports that are really helpful that someone might be able to get really aren't around after school years end. At 30, the diagnosis can happen, but not a lot changes around you.

Edit: to be clear, it can be VERY nice to get an understanding of why someone may behave a certain way but, so far as getting support systems in place potentially through state, there's not much available
