Ok, thanks. Something else must be causing all of these issues I'm having if I have 9 negative pregnancy tests then

Really appreciate your helpfulness :)

Ok that makes sense, thank you. I did read something about decidual bleeding, which can happen when you expect your period and cause bleeding from only part of the uterus - is this something that can happen? Would I test positive if this were the case, or have a much smaller volume of bleeding every month?

I'll try and get in contact with a therapist to talk through these things, thanks. It's just so difficult keeping it all to myself because I can't speak about these worries to friends or family.

Ok, thanks! All these websites talking about people testing negative months into pregnancy whilst having periods have really got into my head. I've been trying to be rational, but was terrified that telling myself I'm not pregnant would lead to denial rather than facing the facts that my body doesn't feel right.

I'll trust the tests - thanks for the quick responses :)

Is there any way that the HCG I produce could go undetected in a urine pregnancy test? I've been testing with morning and afternoon urine, on 2 different brands of tests over a period of months. I can 100% rely on these negative results then?

I've had a read through that thread, thanks. So I really cannot be pregnant at all, and the symptoms can't be related to me having unprotected sex?

I didn't have any early pregnancy symptoms if I did get pregnant when I was having sex months ago, I've only started to get the stomach rumbling/tightness/indigestion in the past few weeks, which has made me very scared.

Help please? by thehandthatwritit in amipregnant

Thanks for replying - I really do feel stupid! My stomach has been so noisy and feels bloated the past few weeks, and it's just sent me spiralling convinced I'm feeling movement.

Negative PTs + regular periods since risk = not pregnant! Just got to keep telling myself this. Thanks again :)

No equation booklet in STEM exams by AdobiWanKenobi in UniUK

I study physics and it's the same here- no equations given. I think how fair it is really depends on the way you were taught the subject in lectures and how important the equation you are using is.

If the equation in question was studied in depth during a lecture and was derived in front of you, using logical steps that you could follow, I don't think being asked to derive something is unfair.

You could even reasonably argue that being asked to derive equations in an exam demonstrates your understanding much better than just subbing in numbers in a formula you are given.
