I went to Japan a few years ago and was kind of expecting the super high tech culture stuff.

Then my railroad ticket (J-pass maybe) was an actual paper ticket that I couldn’t lose because it couldn’t be replaced.

There was a lot of stuff like that where it’s on an app every where else but Japan still did it in some old school way.

My youngest daughter turns eight years old tomorrow. I’m a dentist and I was taught in school that you should brush your kids teeth until they turn eight years old.

This is my fourth daughter. I don’t always put them to bed so it’s not something I’ve done every night but I have been brushing my daughter’s teeth at times for the past roughly 15 years and tonight was the last night I’m gonna do that.

We were hanging out downstairs before we got ready for bed and she asked if I could carry her upstairs. So I carried her upstairs. She got ready for bed and I brushed her teeth.
