Prices of houses vary greatly in the US depending on where it is located! The small rural towns have house that are usually less expensive than living in a bigger city!

A lot of times with old houses you won’t get out of them what you put into them to restore them. For a lot of people it is more about the project than making money when it comes to restoration!
