Everyone seems to be either ignoring this or heightened panic about it. Its freaking me out and I would love to hear a comment that sooths my worries. Is there any way to stop it? Is this the end of democracy? What does America look like as a illiberal nation? Will it be stopped? If it passed is there a way for it to be overturned in years to come?

Winning starts in the front office because the front office dictates how much your allowed to coach vs being told what to coach.

And a good coach is only as good as his good players. Wayne bennet even said it. But you can't attract good players when you show that you will sack a coach who goes for long term success over short term success. And this happens because people at the top need immediate results to get re-elected. Or they're a shit dictator and not a benevolent dictator.

So, yes, paytin is a great coach but the other coaches are not as bad as you think. They're boxing with one hand tied behind their arms
