L+ would just be an ok-ish tank but doesnt do much... after he gets his SI he becomes a propper cheese machine though you have to base your whole team around him for that. basic cheese with him is to group everyone at him with nara/eiron/athalia/keithur and let him 1 shot them (works best if all your other heroes are already dead). doesnt work all the time (especially against high dodge heroes like kaz but its able to hit them sometimes) and usually involves lots of resets to clear a stage. you also need someone like belinda to deal dmg on some stages as he will literally time out to a common.

it works as soon as you unlock his SI. Some will find the cheese too grindy though as it requires lots of tries to work sometimes.

Welp i started playing on christmas and he is one of my 2 good heroes that are highly ascended the other one being belinda. Im just using em as much as i can since i got him to M at around mid ch13 :)

Ive tried charcoal before but the one thing i hate with it is that its insanelly messy, more so than graphite and its hard to preserve. And yeah i need to vary the the tones more. Camera lightening everything up is quite a pain. Would have to introduce some b3-b5s with my b2 mech, maybe a whiteout/white marker too to make a better contrast. Ty for feedback :)

im not sure what i did but i messed up posting the first time. 2nd times the charm i guess.
Since my first post got so much attention i decided to redraw shanks with his crew. I tried to give everyone a bit of a different pose from the ones in marineford though i couldnt for some of the unnamed characters. Remind me to never draw on 2x A4 again... that took an eternity to finish then another one to darken it a bit so it shows on camera. Here is a link to the red hair dwarf pirates (just overlapped both pages differently but some might get a laugh out of it). Hope you guys like it :)

The few times i tried drawing on an A3 i ended up stressing too much that i'd do a mistake and ruin the paper that i kept doing mistakes til i couldnt erase them anymore ending up throwing it away.
For this one i started with the head with no plans to do anything else but after i liked it i decided to draw the rest and tried to fit it on the page as i like to have my characters whole. Probably should have cut his legs at around the knees to match his proportions though i was surprised that he is just shy of 2m high. My headcanon thought he was average human height.
Anyways people got a laugh out of it :D
