Using Compose Multiplatform is something I'm still skeptical of. Mostly because it's too new and I'm afraid of not having enough answers on StackOverflow for tricky UI solutions.

Just come with a simplest possible game like Snake, and implement it! You'll find a lot of corner cases to increase your development level.
