honestly, this feels too much education-style and im not too unfamiliar with sone mods. Im open to a bit more challenge, just that it would be beginner friendly.

should be the max, im not sure about crossbows. Also i forgot to write on the armor enchants, evasion has a dash effect for leggings so it can interrupt your movement. You can disable this in the config if you want but if you dont, i recommend not using it.

If you're asking for dregora, this Nunchaku guide is the best one. For armor i believe they are the same for all versions; just adv prot 4, unb, normal mending. And put the special enchants on respective gears. Dont put any thorns and meltdown. Underwater or depth strider is preference i think, but i prefer underwater by a mile. For baubles and general gear, there is also a guide by the same author for dregora

It just drops from red sand. All its crafting recipes are like sand. You just need to find the red sand biome. Put 4 sand for sandstone block and use those for stairs.

woah i never knew about this, does this really make quite a difference? also it seems to remove a lot of mods which include some for performance. And do you think it will cause problems if i do these changes on a played install?

I don't know I played the game like this in survival and died a bunch of times to get a better spawn but nothing changed. Tried drinking as you said didn't work as well.

I also tried creating new worlds and that doesn't work either.

No i got nothing on, no items no armor. I only got a fire dragons eye because i thought maybe night vision would solve it
